Admission is based on merit, adhering to the rules of the reservation set by the Government of Tamil Nadu and Alagappa University.
All candidates seeking admission to the Undergraduate (UG) programmes must register online or visit the College to obtain a printed application.
For Undergraduate programmes, candidates must have completed the 12th examination of the 10+2 system from a recognized board.
Eligibility for admission to each programme is determined by the cut-off marks set for the selected programme. The selection process is based on eligibility criteria, which vary based on the applied programmes.
Applicants with pending examination results or reappeared papers can update their marks by logging into their Dashboards. Further details can be obtained by contacting the college.

Applicants can fill in their personal and academic details, upload required documents, and make the payment of the prescribed application and processing fees through secure online payment modes.
Upon successful submission, candidates will receive an acknowledgment and application number via email/SMS for future reference.

Students who wish to apply offline may obtain the application form directly from the College Admission Office during working hours by paying the prescribed application and processing fees.
Completed application forms, along with copies of the required certificates, must be submitted at the Admission Office for further processing.
Applicants are advised to verify eligibility criteria before applying for any programme.
Incomplete or incorrect applications will be summarily rejected.
Submission of an application form does not guarantee admission; selection will be made based on merit and availability of seats in accordance with UGC, University, and Government norms.

A sum of ₹5,000 collected at the time of admission shall be treated as Admission Confirmation Fee, forming part of the first-semester fee.
If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, refund will be made as per the table below.
Once classes commence, this amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
All fees can be paid in cash or via online transfer, bank draft, or pay order in favour of the College.

While the refund schedule is aligned with the University’s last date of admission, the College reserves the right to deduct one full semester’s fee if a student withdraws after attending classes or after the academic session has commenced.
Admissions are strictly merit-based according to marks obtained in qualifying examinations.
Reservation policies for SC/ST/OBC and other categories are followed as per Government of Tamil Nadu regulations.
